A flag is not a sentence

Most signals hold one pillar or one review. The listing stays up with a warning until ops acts.

The dentist is still the unit

We do not monitor a clinic brand. If two dentists share a lobby, they still have two files.

Watches: The issuing registry for every verified dentist. Expiry, restriction, or a name mismatch.
Raises when: Registry returns expired, suspended, or a different person than the file.
A person still: Ops confirms with the board before the badge drops. The machine never unpublished alone.
Not this: Not a background check and not a malpractice feed.
