What RatedDocs is
RatedDocs is a directory that checks individual dentists against six files, then lists those who pass. We also hold your payment after a written quote until the exam is finished. We are not your dentist. We do not treat you, diagnose you, or promise a result.
What Verified means
Verified means all six files passed: licence, sterilization, training, original photos, materials, and written warranty. There is no 98. RatedDocs checked the file — not a government board, and not a Canadian licence. It does not mean the dentist is safe, that RatedDocs treats you, or that a result is promised. The check date is on the dentist’s profile.
Who pays us
Dentists pay a review seat. The fee does not buy a pass. Fails are not listed and are not named.
Video consultation
A 15-minute video consultation is required before any payment is held. That visit is with the dentist, not with RatedDocs.
How payment is held
After you agree to a written quote, we set that amount aside. It is released after the dentist finishes the in-person exam — not after a clinical result. If the exam quote is more than 15% above the first written quote, the whole hold comes back and RatedDocs keeps $0.
The two 10 percents
If you cancel within 48 hours of the travel date on the booking, you do not get 10% of the hold back. When an exam finishes and payment is released, RatedDocs keeps 10%. A booking pays one of those, never both.
If you are hurt
A claim against the dentist is under the law of the country where they treated you. RatedDocs does not cover malpractice and does not sit in the chair. We decide the hold (the clock, the 15% cap, who cancelled, whether the exam finished). We do not decide the smile.
Reviews
Reviews publish only after a finished booking. We do not sell rank.
