Verified dentists in Mexico
Mexico is the most common destination for North American patients. RatedDocs lists the dentist at the chair — not a clinic brand in Cancún or Los Algodones.
People fly from the United States and Canada for implants, All-on-4, veneers, and crowns because the quote at home is often three to four times higher. The CDC notes dental care is the most common form of medical tourism among U.S. residents.
The risk is not Tijuana or Cancún as a city. The risk is who holds the drill, whether sterilization is a real protocol, and what happens if an implant fails after you are home.
We check the named dentist: licence, sterilization, procedure training, original before-and-afters, named materials, and a written warranty. All six, or they are not Verified.
Ask before you fly
- Who will sit at the chair — that dentist, or someone else?
- The profile names the dentist who treats you. A 15-minute video consultation with that person comes before any payment is set aside. A clinic brand is not a substitute for a named dentist.
- What implant brand, by name?
- Verified dentists list the implant or ceramic brand in writing. “Premium European implant” is not a brand. Ask for the name that will appear on the invoice.
- What is in writing if it fails after I fly home?
- A written warranty states how long it runs and what is covered. RatedDocs does not treat you and does not warrant the clinical result. Payment disputes decide the hold, not the dentistry.
